Special room rates of $199 single/double occupancy have been blocked for attendees of the 2015 NMC Horizon Project Retreat, staying at the Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort & Spa.  The resort fee has been waived and include: unlimited local, 800 or 888 calls and in-state credit card calls, high-speed wired and wireless internet, use of health club, tennis courts, bicycles, shuttle service to McKinney Roughs for group activities, daily newspaper upon request and self-parking.

Please make your hotel reservations no later than Friday, December 12 in order to secure the group rate and room availability. Reservations can be made online here, of if you need additional assistance by calling 888-421-1442.  Be sure and mention the group name “NMC or New Media Consortium.”

Transportation

You can fly in conveniently to Austin-Bergstrom Airport which is located just 15 miles from the Hyatt Lost Pines.
